Payment Options
We accept Paypal, Direct Deposit and Credit cards (via the secure Paypal payment gateway. Credit Cards We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed via the secure Paypal payment gateway you are not required to have a Paypal account for your payment to be processed. Direct Deposits Account name: Belles & Whistles Children’s Boutique BSB 032 516 Account No. 218269 Please use your order number and surname as a reference when direct depositing please email us orders@bellesandwhistlesboutique.com.au to confirm your payment. Please note some banks can take 24 to 48hrs to process payments and unfortunately your order cannot be dispatched until these payments have cleared. Postage & Delivery We offer a flat rate postage charge of $8.95 Australia wide. Once an order has been placed, your parcel will be dispatched the next business day via Australia Post Express. All parcels are fully tracked, should you not be home to accept the delivery the driver will leave a parcel pick up notice and you will be able to collect your order from your nearest Post office. *Please note - toy items that will not fit in an express post satchel will be sent via parcel post which can take 2-4 days longer. We will advise you when your item ships as to which method we have used. Delivery times will vary depending on your location we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible however some remote areas may take a little longer. If you do not receive your order within reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel. We are happy to ship items overseas. NZ customers, orders will be shipped via registered post and a rate of $15.90 will be charged. Large & bulky items may incur additional postage costs so please contact us for a quote before placing an order. All other countries - please contact us at contactus@bellesandwhistlesboutique.com.au for a shipping quote and to discuss your requirements. International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence. Returns/Exchange At Belles & Whistles we are happy to exchange your product if the sizing is incorrect or if the item is not as described or alternatively offer you a refund or a credit note within 14 days of the purchase date.
How do I return an item for exchange or refund: You will need to contact us within 14days of the purchase date and we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or on sale stock. Customer is responsible for posting the item back to Belles & Whistles at their own expense. Registering your return parcel is recommended as we will not take responsibility for items that are lost in the mail. Faulty Items
Each item is thoroughly checked before being packed and sent out. Pre-Order
If there has been a delay in receiving stock, we may give you the chance to "Pre-Order" items. On the product description page there will be a note saying when shipment is expected and you will just add the desired product to your shopping cart as per a normal order. Pre-Orders must be paid in full upfront. If other items that are in stock are also being purchased in the same transaction, the complete order would not be delivered until we had received the outstanding stock. If you require your other items to be sent prior, please contact us to arrange and we will then arrange delivery of your Pre-Order items once they had arrived at our store.
