Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Belles & Whistles Children’s Boutique reserves the right to change pricing anytime at our discretion and without prior notice. Shopping
Whilst you can shop 24/7 – our “business hours” are 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. We love to help our customers so if you have questions regarding products and sizes, or should you need some help finding that perfect gift please give us a call or send us an email. If you have a query outside of office hours please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Returns/Exchange
At Belles & Whistles we are happy to exchange your product if the sizing is incorrect or if the item is not as described or alternatively offer you a refund or a credit note within 14 days of the purchase date. How do I return an item for exchange or refund: You will need to contact us within 14days of the purchase date and we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number Email: orders@bellesandwhistlesboutique.com.au Phone: 0418 250 261
Return Address: Items must be returned in original packaging, as new with all tags still attached.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or on sale stock.
Customer is responsible for posting the item back to Belles & Whistles at their own expense. Registering your return parcel is recommended as we will not take responsibility for items that are lost in the mail.
Faulty Items
Each item is thoroughly checked before being packed and sent out. However if you do receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7days to arrange an exchange or should the item no longer be available we will offer a refund.

If there has been a delay in receiving stock, we may give you the chance to "Pre-Order" items. On the product description page there will be a note saying when shipment is expected and you will just add the desired product to your shopping cart as per a normal order. Pre-Orders must be paid in full upfront. If other items that are in stock are also being purchased in the same transaction, the complete order would not be delivered until we had received the outstanding stock. If you require your other items to be sent prior, please contact us to arrange and we will then arrange delivery of your Pre-Order items once they had arrived at our store.
